Drawing from classic Yoga asanas (postures), Qigong exercises, Tai Chi principles, Meditation awareness, and combines with various breathing techniques, Ronen's Restorative classes are a contemplative practice, aimed at evoking a peaceful, reflective and calm set of mind while stretching and relaxing the body. It is especially appropriate for people in the process of healing, the elderly and just about anyone who seeks a slower practice that is more relaxing.

Open to all levels, no previous experience necessary.
